“Will it work on deep shag carpet? My Dyson 360 would NOT it would get stuck immediately.”

• I have three red long shag area rugs and the Roomba does a great job on them. It might have to look for the best place to get up on the area rugs, but I leave it alone and it finds away. I was worried that I would have to get rid of my rugs.

• Deep shag it may struggle on, most robot vacs are meant for medium/low shag carpeting.

• Its funny that you ask that question...my wife and I both rate the Roomba 980 an 8 out of a 10 point rating. The only reason for not ranking it a 10 is ... it does not work well on Deep Shag Carpets. All other types of carpet and floors, its just excellent !!!

• Probably not. I suspect the rollers underneath would try to pull it up and into the machine.
