Is this product safe for real hardwood floors? null

We have real hardwood. It works fine. So far no issues

Hello Shay, The robot is safe for cleaning hardwood floors that have been covered with a protective layer of sealant (e.g. polyurethane). Inspect the floor surface for worn finish, bare wood, or separated and unsealed joints.

There is no such thing any more as real hardwood floors.
