• A:Answer it does have an interchangeable bin that does vacuum and mop at the same time. there are two bins that come with the device one is for vacuum only and the other is vacuum and mop.

Q: QuestionDoes this require an app or is there a way to operate it without using a phone (thinking elderly woman)?

• A:Answer Yes it needs the app for set up or you can go to where it’s at and press the CLEAN button and it’ll vacuum everywhere in the house. In the app you can set no-go-zones where it’ll detect where not to vacuum and mop. Also on the app if it’s camera sees something it’ll take a picture and show on the app and ask you if it’s not a obstacle, temporary, or to set a no-go-zone. If you have an Alexa you can tell Alexa to tell the robot vacuum to clean the house or to clean by specific rooms.

• A:Answer The Clean Base™ sold in North America is designed to work on at 110–120 volts. This is considered Low Voltage. Unlike the regular Home Base, due to the vacuum motor in the Clean Base™, it cannot perform as dual-voltage.

Q: QuestionI want to take it overseas but the power/electric is 220v here in the US we have 110v does it work with 220v or not?
