• Best Buy does not offer an upgrade on products unless specified in a promo/ad. The extended warranty on this product includes service and maintenance on your unit, if you purchased the optional Geek Squad warranty when the item was purchased and it is within the date period. If BB can not do maintenance in-house, they may offer you a credit, which you can use toward buying another model.
