This should work. I would also try to reset the app and maybe the roomba as well. It could have lost connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was informed by my WIFI carrier, Spectrum, that it only works on the 2.5 GHz band. My new WIFImodem defaults to the higher GHz band and now it no longer pairs with Alexa or the Roomba App. They said call Roomba, get the "port" numbers, then call them back and they could set it up. Haven't tried that yet. Hope this helps.
