Does the i7 clean black carpets? null

No, it doesn't clean any carpets. Its not powerful enough to pull from carpet.

As with other robotic vacuums, the i7+ may struggle on carpet that is completely black. Advancements with the latest series (Roomba s9 and s9+) solve this issue with an added sensor, though.
