• We use our i7 on carpet (2nd story), hardwood floors with area rugs (1st story), and vinyl laminate plank (basement). It works great on all these surfaces and has not damaged any of them.

• There’s nothing on the bottom of the Roomba i7 that would cause damage to any flooring. All Roombas are tested and approved for use on both carpeted and hard surfaces.
