It does a fantastic job on tile and carpets! Automatically empties dust, dirt and dog hair in the bag when it's full. If it isn't finished doing the vacuuming, and loses the charge, it will automatically go to the charging station and charge itself and go back and finish the job. Alerts you on the phone when the job is complete! Amazing little robot!

It seems to perform the best on hard floors. It does great on carpets too. The longer carpets it seems the motors inside struggle but it still cleans well but also i noticed in vacuum bag of base alot of carpet fibers. So not sure about that part. But for hard floors which is 90% of our home it is 50x better than our Neato and some other random brand one my wife brought home.

Don’t buy this. I did after having a Neato Botvac and this does NOT suck up dirt and debris, only surface dirt. I returned the i7 and bought the Neato d7 and the dirt bin was completely full of what you would expect to see in a normal vacuum and the roomba had just run not even 24 hours before and had 1/2 a bin full of just dog hair. Save the money buy a Neato
