“Does this go back and forth in straight lines rather than bouncing all around? I also need to know if it reflects off the ceiling or uses a laser horizontally...the last Roomba wouldn’t work in our house because we have very uneven celings.”

It generally goes in straight lines but does jump around a bit since it’s not cleaning an open square. I’m not sure what the issue is with uneven ceilings but we have a 2 story family room and foyer, but 9’ throughout the rest of the floor, and it works perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does a pattern. It doesnt do random bumping like other models. It doesnt work from reflecting off ceiling. It maps home and communicates with base.
