• yes you can use it for multiple floors, once on the app just set up that there are 2 different floor plans, have him lear one at a time.

• Hello, Great question! You can use your Roomba on both levels of your home. I would recommend letting the robot learn your layout for both levels to clean quickly & efficiently.

• I have three floors, plus two small landings. Roomba will map each area. You can move the base around with it, or leave it on the main floor. It creates a map of each floor, and the you can label the rooms. No problem at all.
