“If the roomba gets unplugged will it retain its programming and mapping information for when it’s plugged back it?”

• The vacuum has solid state memory which will retain the programming and mapping even if it is unplugged/allowed to go dead due to not charging. We have had little power glitches here and there and it hit the next clean cycle and went on out to clean. Very happy with this machine!

• Yes, we unplug ours all the time. Doesn't affect its memory at all.

• Yes, it definitely will. Until or unless you factory reset your robot, it will retain its maps and history.
