“How does it do with power cords on the floor and light-weight throw rugs?”

• Very good with both. Cords will cause it to stop and back up until it's untangled. And the one small rug I have doesn't cause any hangups either, and doesn't get moved around either.

• I found that it is best to pick up all lightweight throw rugs and cords before using the unit. These items usually get tangled in the unit and will stop until cleared.

• The rugs would probably be fine, but the power cords need to be picked up off the floor. It will possibly pull a lamp off the table if it gets a hold of the cord. Just tie the cords up with a Velcro tie.
