• You are supposed to replace it every time it fills up, just like a normal bagged vacuum. It's possible to empty it by pulling everything out of the little hole, but it is a little messy.

• You have to replace the bag when full. My first bag did not need emptying for 6 months and I have it clean approx 800 sqft of carpeted area 3 times a week.

• It takes about two or three months for the bag to get full.

• Hi Yini- You'll want to get new bags when yours have been filled. How long a bag lasts will vary by home, but on average these bags hold months of debris and won't need to be replaced often.
