It takes a few cleaning sessions for the Roomba to map your home and learn it’s way around it. I have found that on round 3 of cleaning my whole apartment it learned to avoid the stationary furniture in my home, like my desk, couch and coffee table. Furniture that moves position each time you use it, such as a office chair or dining room chairs, may still get bumped into still because they don’t permanently stay in one position for the Roomba to always know where to avoid. In summary, it will still bump into things for know while it’s still learning where things are but it should bump less over time :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not really - but it is reduced. it has a bumper so it doesn't hurt anything. Everytime you move something it adjusts so it is definately worth a few bumps to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will definitely get better. Don't think it will stop bumping into things though as I assume that's how it makes sure it doesn't need to vacuum somewhere where someone moved a piece of furniture or something l.
