• Almost all well designed gadgets that work through a phone do run stand alone with limitations. Roomba is no exception.

• A mobile device isn't required for use of the Roomba i7. The Roomba i7 is designed for simple cleaning with the press of a Clean Button as well as Smart Cleaning with the iRobot Home App.
