• You cannot. Best Buy will lie to you about this. The J7+ absolutely does not run on 220 or 240 volts. I know this as I carried one across the Atlantic to use in the UK and it does not work. Repeat, THIS DOES NOT work on 220-240V.

• it can't! The charging of the set may works but the empty of the bin will not ! That motor runs on 110VAC !

• Hello Tati, We can confirm that the J7+ purchased in North America will support 110-240V, so it will work with 220.
