I think it’s a little quieter when running than my i7, but I still wouldn’t necessarily call it quiet. The emptying of the bin still sounds like a jet taking off.

(600 series, probably 12 years or older. Replaced the battery 3 times and the latest battery was on its last leg) I can say for sure that the J7+ is even quieter when running than the i3. Yes, the emptying of the bin, is like a jet taking off. If you don't realize that before the first time you use it, it just might scare the BeGebus out of you... So hopefully you read these reviews before that happens the first time. (I seemed to forget this part the first time the i3+ emptied it was shockingly loud. Again, doing it's normal Roomba vacuuming job, it is still
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my opinion, the J7 is still noisy. The noise when cleaning does not prevent listening to a conversation or the TV, it is not annoying. The noise when emptying is very loud but lasts between 3 and 5 seconds nothing more. In any case, I am still convinced that it is a great product, it cleans very well.
