Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had my Roomba s9+ for 5 months. Unfortunately for me the vacuum ran without any problems until it was too late to get a refund from Best Buy. Fortunately I purchased the Best Buy extended warranty. Every time I run my vacuum I have to deal with error 31 multiple times during each cleaning cycle. Following the directions for restarting and cleaning the hair off the rollers doesn't prevent error 31. This is a very expensive product. This should not be happening.
