You'll need to have the Clean Base empty the bin for you, versus doing it manually. Your robot will empty its bin every time it docks - regardless of how much debris it's collected - and you can also select "empty bin" from the app as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes depending on how much dirt your s9+ picks up, the rumba will automatically empty itself. Then at times once it reaches the home base it won’t empty itself. At that point you can chose to empty the rumba via the app or just leave it till next time. I leave mine till the robot decides. You can manually empty the container in the robot whenever you want like when doing regular maintenance. As for the bag in the bin container the bag in there needs to be there to catch the dirt it picks up. Hope this helps.
