• Press and hood the button on the left in, and it will eventually goto the spot to change stations frequency. That was confusing to me also, as all it kept doing was showing u and numbers.

• Yes, the transmit channel can be changed in the unit by pressing and holding the multi function knob in, until the frequency display flashes. Then rotate the dial to change the frequency desired.
