• No, it only connects through FM radio stations. I have to use my Sirius xm seperately

• Yes, if you have a subscription for sirius XM then you can sign into your account on your mobile phone and then use Bluetooth to connect and stream through your car speakers.

• It'll only work for Sirius XM if you have it on the device you're going to be attaching to this. It runs via bluetooth. So, say you have Sirius XM on your phone, you can attach your phone to this via bluetooth and it'll then stream whatever you're playing on your phone (in this case Sirius XM) through your car stereo.
