• It comes with a cigarette lighter plug for charging or charge at home then plug into your aux port in your car/truck. My vehicle is a 2005. It works great.

• You can use it in any vehicle that has either a USB A port built into the dash or a cigarette lighter charging port. Heck I used it in a 1991 Audi on my way home which has a cigarette port but you really only need something with a usb A port on it to charge the detachable receiver which has a USB port on it.
