“The sound quality for streaming music and podcast are great. It’s also fine on my end for phone calls. However on the other end, I’m told it’s not very clear/loud. It’s used in a 2008 GMC Acadia. Is there anything that can be done to improve the quality?”

• The microphone for the adaptor is located in the control portion that has the 3.5mm jack on it. It is the small hole in the face of the adaptor. Make sure nothing is blocking that hole. Also, make sure the device type in your phone is set correctly, for the BT adaptor. If not the phone may still be trying to use the phone's microphone and not the one in the control unit of the BT adaptor.
