Go though the normal pairing procedure on the phone. Make sure the BluJax is on at the time. It's pretty easy.

The most effective troubleshooting reconnecting any bluetooth device is to restart/turn off cellphone and bluetooth device. Then turn on devices at the same time and start over with instructions and let two devices find each other.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just hold down the button for about 15 seconds. Then it will be in find mode. Go to your Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and select the device. It will then connect.

Now press and hold the button and slowly count to 10 (even if the LED comes on and starts flashing, continue holding for the full 10 seconds). Once you let go, the LED should be flashing rapidly to let you know it is now discoverable. Search for BT connections with your phone and you should be able to find and pair to the BluJax.
