I had the same problem. You have to take the charger out. For some reason it doesn't work with the charger still plugged in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not experienced this problem, mine works fine. It sounds as if something is now wrong with the battery, which is this unit's weakest point. If new, I would suggest returning it. I have found out there are other competitive units available for less money which do not use an internal battery. If I had it to do again, I would not purchase this unit. However, as I said, mine is working fine (so far).
