Will this work on my 2007 Dodge Caliber? null

This will only work for your application if you have some sort of auxiliary input interface that will connect into your radio. If your factory radio supports auxiliary input (without the addition of an additional interface) it will already have a 3.5 mm auxiliary input jack somewhere in the vehicle.
