• Yes but will require a RDS ready stereo head-unit.

• Phone only. The only thing that you get in the car is the "button". Very low profile.

• If your radio supports RDS (and it is turned on), the device will display text on the radio. How it displays it will be determined by the radio itself. Some radios support multiple lines of text, some radios will only support a short line of text, some will support text scrolling.
