“I just had this installed and the Bluetooth works, but can't get anything to run off auxiliary. Any ideas? Would like to see if I can trouble shoot this instead of having to go all the way back to Best Buy.”

• The 3.5 mm jack is an audio output, not for aux in to the unit. IF you have a Bluetooth Isimple it will only get audio from Bluetooth.

• Did you try turning it to the right radio station then turn on the button
