• It should work. You connect it via the radio antenna, or an aux in (which is better).

• The Tranzit Bluetooth Factory Radio Module will work with aftermarket and factory radios. It requires an accessory 12 volt connection, a ground connection and connections to the AM/FM antenna into your radio (or the auxiliary input if your radio has one).

• I do not know for sure. Our car is a 2005 model with the factory radio. It works great as installed with the factory radio.
