• Yes, you can do it I got that product and enjoy listening my pandora music on my stereo in the car plus hands free while I am driving too.

• It basically takes over your radio once it's paired with the device. I was sceptical at first, but I'm driving around Chicago with bluetooth now working through my stock radio in my 07 Corolla
