“Just had this installed at Best Buy and now all the FM stations (except 3) are complete static. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how was it resolved?”

• I had this happen to me, I took it back to Best Buy and they changed a wire (after trying other things) and the new wire fixed it.

• You have to hold the phone button down for 5-6 seconds to turn off the unit and let the radio play. Phone calls automatically turn it back on. If it's off and you want to listen to music you have to push the phone button again for 5-6 seconds to turn it on.

• You might need to buy a new cassette cause the plug wire must of got pulled and that is why you hear static
