In my car, once my phone is paired it takes over the radio
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the TranzIt BLU will only occupy the FM channel you specify. You will still need to go back to the channel if you want to hear any audio from your Bluetooth device, either music or phone audio. You can also deactivate media audio from playing by holding down the green phone button for over 5 seconds. That will only allow the TranzIt BLU to take over the radio if there is a phone call. They have an app that can change the default FM channel, so if you end up using the radio more than Bluetooth media audio you can set your favorite radio station to the new default so you can still get phone calls through the car speaker.
