“Just bought this BTS320 at Best Buy. Fully charged it. Turned it on. Had my Samsung Z Flip scan for BT devices. Found the BTS320. Connect failed. Tried multiple times. Won"t connect.Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?”

• Unplug it then try to pair.Some reason it won’t pair while charging.
