• No, you need a usb Bluetooth adapter (only if your pc does not have Bluetooth already) in order to use a Bluetooth headphones on your PC. Pairing a new device on you pc On your PC, select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. Choose the device and follow additional instructions if they appear, then select Done.

• No.. it's not a transceiver..its a reciever..like your head phones are ..it wouldn't transmit to your head phones..
