• Hello, the trash can is not designed with a inner bin. The trash can uses a retainer ring feature to hold the trash bag and hide the bag from outside view.

• It does not but does not get dirty inside due to the top plastic liner working well.

• It does not have a removable bin. There is only a rectangular ring that holds the bag in place and prevents the bag from slipping.
