• Hello, yes, you can wash the plate carefully, with warm water applied to both sides of the plate to rinse it well. If you prefer to use clear ammonia, you can do a mixture of warm water and ammonia (a 50/50 mixture is best) and allow the plate to soak in the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
