“Can this cable be used to add a second monitor to a laptop? I don't want to project everything onto the second monitor, I want two monitors working at once that I can move things back and forth from one to the other.”

• It does work for that, but it uses wifi connection in order to connect to the monitor. It is spotty and it has a slow reaction time. Would not recommend for working.

• Yes, The JVAW56 can be used to provide an additonal extended display.
