“I have a Mac Studio in my home office and want to use it to drive a portable monitor located a few feet away. Research use. Not for entertainment. I have not purchased the portable monitor yet.. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.”

The ScreenCast device should work for what you would like to use it for. However, it does require Wi-Fi to be able to set it up. There's also the JVAW53, JVAW76, and JVAW62. Please contact our Customer Service Team, so that they can get more information from you.
