JUA250 is compatible with macOS versions 10.7-10.12 and 10.14-11.1 Big Sur. Installation instructions/assistance can be obtained by contacting support printed on the packaging and a specialist will be ready to help. If you are attempting to use a laptop as a display for another laptop, that will not work, it has to be a sole monitor, TV, or projector.
