First, make sure the j5create device is directly connected to your computer and your monitor is connected to the j5create device. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy, select the Privacy tab. Along the left-pane, locate and select the Screen Recording option (you may have to scroll down). There should be an extension called "DJTVirtualDisplayAgent". Uncheck and re-check the box beside it and then disconnect and reconnect your j5create device from your computer. if “DJTVirtualDisplayAgent” is not there that is a sign that our driver may have been blocked during installation. Please go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General tab. Towards the bottom do you see a message that might say "System Software was blocked from loading" ? You should see “Magic Control Technology”, or “USB Display Driver”, please allow.
