- Answer The JUH340 is intended to be used for USB peripherals i.e. mice, keyboards, flash drives, web cams in conjunction with a computer. In order to best narrow down what the set up is, we recommend contacting support on the packaging and a rep will be ready to assist.

QuestionCan this be used to provide independent power to a peripheral? The laptop would get it's power from a different USB-C port, and the hub's Type-C Power In Port would be plugged into something like a standard 2.25 A charger.

- Answer The USB Type-C power-in port provides pass-through charge and provides additional power to the USB Type-A ports. The power-in port supports up to 60W. This adapter is also Plug n Play and requires your computer's USB-C port to support Power Delivery for upstream charging.
