• No, once the USB-C Dock Dual 4K HDMI is connected to a computer, it is powered on. If you will be using high-powered USB devices, we recommend attaching a USB-C power adapter to the power delivery port on the Dock, preferably, up to 140W.

• I does not.reccomend a 90 watt and not a 65 if you want to do laptop and phone charging.

• Unfortunately no! Be sure you're using an adequate power supply and power-rated USB cable (from power supply to dock) for your device, or else some people (including me) are experiencing it making buzzing/humming noise. Once switched to the laptop's own power supply connected to the dock, noise went away.
