Power down your laptop and disconnect the dock. Reconnect the dock and monitors before powering the laptop back on. This ensures the display handshake process occurs correctly at startup. Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the driver. This ensures no corrupted or conflicting drivers are affecting the dock’s operation. Check to see if there are any available updates for your computer as well. If possible, connect the dock to a different USB-C laptop that supports dual monitors to see if the left-side HDMI port works. This helps determine if the issue is specific to your Lenovo laptop.
