“Had some issues with the ethernet port, which J5 tech support helped out with. However have not been able to figure why the 4k 60 HDMI port not working? I can get video out of the 4k30 cdmi port but not the other one. Anyone have same issue?”

• Check your Monitor requirements. I have them both working.

• Ensure your USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode), which is required for video output for the 4K60 HDMI port to function. Look up your laptop model to confirm that its USB-C port supports video output.
