The USB-C Dock Dual 4K HDMI can work with a Microsoft Surface to connect two additional monitors, but it depends on whether the specific Surface model supports the necessary video output over USB-C or Surface Connect. The first HDMI port (4K@60Hz) uses native USB-C video output. If your Surface does not support video output over USB-C, then the dock will not be able to drive an external display. The second HDMI port (4K@30Hz) works via a driver (MCT) that must be installed on the Surface.
