• The 4K30 HDMI port will not work with Linux due to it will require an installation of a driver (MCT technology). However, Ethernet, USB ports will functions typically work across most Linux distros without extra drivers, including the 4K30 HDMI port (Host device must support DisplayPort alternate mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0/3.0 or 3.1)
