I had the same issue and updating the driver worked for me.

Please try again later.In order for the HDMI port labeled as "4K60" to function the computer's USB-C port needs to support DisplayPort Alternate Mode which is also supported by Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, and USB4 ports. In order for the HDMI port labeled as "4K30" the driver must be installed, you can download the driver from the j5create website however Windows 11 can automatically download and install the driver if the computer has network access and administrative rights.
