• You need a 65W charger to be plugged into the dock and need to download JCreates software

• Please make sure the drivers were installed on your Dell computer. Drivers can be found on our website under the "Support" tab. The computer must support "Power Delivery" for pass-through charge when using the USB-C power-in port (Up to 60W) on the device. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device.
