• Yes, the Dock requires an installation of a driver for proper functionality. Drivers can be found on our website under the "Support" tab > "Downloads/Drivers".

• Yes it should work for any brand laptop as long as it has a usb c port

• This docking station will work with any laptop with a USB port and any HDMI or VGA monitor. That would include any Dells manufactured in the last 15 years, as far as I know.
