• Hello Mayreeh, The j5create - USB Type-C Mini Docking Station (JCD381) is, unfortunately, not compatible with Chromebook computers. The JCD381 USB-C Mini Docking Station requires for drivers to be installed onto a computer, prior to being able to use the adapter. At this time, j5create USB display adapters are only supported on Windows and macOS operating systems -- Windows 7 - 10 and MacOS 10.8 - 10.15. Although, we do have Plug-and-Play adapters, adapters which do not require drivers to be installed onto the computer, which may better meet your needs and may be compatible with your Chromebook laptop. If your computer has a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode, I recommend that you consider the USB Type-C Multi Adapter (JCD383).
